Being on time, focusing, organization, following directions, turning in assignments, motivation, learning how to deal with both new levels of responsibility and freedom…all this can be a struggle for teens and college students with ADHD. Plus, young people with ADHD can often be inattentive and impulsive. This can affect areas in life like driving, dating and future plans. KPC ADHD coaching can help.
