Biography
With over twenty-five years of experience, Kimberly has coached at the C-suite to the line-level employee, and teams across the United States and Europe. Recognized for her keen insight, spot-on observations, and a candid approach with leaders of every level, she excels in helping them shift unproductive thinking patterns and behaviors, fostering sustainable change in their leadership impact. In today’s exponentially changing business environment, having a coach that partners with you to evolve through our ever-changing workplace is invaluable.
In addition to Executive Coaching, Kimberly also provides ADHD Coaching, Career Coaching, and Leadership Development Education through adult learning programs at the university level and through organizations. She is an ICF PCC-level coach with specializations in ADHD and Executive Coaching.
Kimberly graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Political Science and has a Master’s of Science in Leadership, Strategy and Management from Michigan State University. In 2024, she began her educational journey at the University of Texas toward a DNP as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide wraparound healthcare services, including medication management, therapy, holistic wellness counseling, and coaching.
In addition to her career as a coach, consultant, and business owner, Kimberly has worked in global manufacturing, serving as the internal Executive Coach and Head of Global Leadership Development for commercial business units.
She splits her time between Austin and New Orleans and loves spending time with her husband, son, and stepsons.
